Baroque form with a relief spout and sculpted wishbone handle. This model was created in 1735. A lemon and poppy pod finial forms the handle of the lid. Decorated with a composition of vibrantly coloured German flowers and gilding. The lid and edges are decorated with a raised band of basketweave pattern called “Altozierrelief”.
